Project Scope
The West Fourth Street Downtown Project will enhance safety, accessibility, and the overall streetscape within the corridor.

ADA-compliant ramps at key locations

Vine Street and Fourth Street Intersection

Installation of new traffic signals

Direct connections to the RTC Biggest Little Bike Network

Access improvements for the McDonald’s, Jack-in-the-Box, and Lincoln Center entrances

Corridor Lighting

Installation of new Neon Line streetlights from Keystone Avenue to West Street

Together, these upgrades will create a safer, more inviting environment for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers while supporting the ongoing revitalization of the West Fourth Street corridor.
