Vine Street and Fourth Street Intersection

Installation of new traffic signals

Direct connections to the RTC Biggest Little Bike Network

Access improvements for the McDonald’s, Jack-in-the-Box, and Lincoln Center entrances

Corridor Lighting

Installation of new Neon Line streetlights from Keystone Avenue to West Street
